She had been with the firm several years ago and has returned not only concentrating in Domestic Relations but also in Employment Discrimination. Having been a registered nurse, Ms. Hercule brings an unusual sense of compassion and empathy in working with her clients. She is an avid listener and follows through on her clients’ needs and requests. Her clients respect and trust her and have sent her their families and friends to work on their issues. She has done several divorces for one client and other clients return to her for post-divorce issues. Her first referral after law school was the sister of one of her classmates. Ms. Hercule continues to get numerous referrals from that classmate. In Domestic Relations, Ms. Hercule has worked in nearly every area including but not limited to custody trials, child support, college expenses, orders of protection, home schooling, name change for a sexually abused child, sexual abuse allegations, visitation, paternity, spousal support, and child support. In the area of Employment Discrimination, Ms. Hercule’s first trial following graduation from law school was an American with Disabilities Complaint in Federal District Court. She has worked with the Department of Labor, the EEOC, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and the Human Rights Commission. Her clients have presented a variety of issues in discrimination and have expressed trust and respect for her work.
