Bradley Giglio is an experienced trial attorney with more than ten years of trial experience. Bradley spends time with his clients, carefully understanding what they need and what they are seeking, and brings all of his experience to bear in fighting on their behalf. Bradley’s success speaks for itself in the many examples of how he has helped his clients obtain positive outcomes in difficult situations.

Bradley successfully tried an Order of Protection case for his client whose ex-husband was using the children as a means to harass her while avoiding prosecution by the State’s Attorney. After the Order of Protection was entered against the ex-husband, he appealed the case to try and get it thrown out. Bradley stood by his client and had the experience and ability to continue fighting in the Appellate Court. Bradley defended the appeal and was successful in keeping the Order of Protection for his client. When the Order of Protection was due to expire, Bradley traveled to a separate county and once again went to a hearing for his client and obtained an extension of the Order of Protection. It was then that Bradley’s goal was realized in the peace that his client gained through the Order of Protection.

“My thanks to the professionalism and the expeditious handling of our case with a crucial time frame.  We had contacted a different Lawyer and had growing concern of the possible outcome of the case.  With two days notice, Bradley Giglio took time late in his day to meet with us.  The direction Bradley took was different than what the other attorney was taking, & amazingly the outcome could not have been better. Thank you.  We feel very fortunate to have come across your firm & Bradley in particular." - L.W., client

Bradley successfully defended a client who was being deported in Immigration Court for having committed a criminal offense. Bradley carefully reviewed the client’s case and filed documents to Cancel the Removal Proceeding. After compiling an extensive hardship packet and presenting the documentation to the Court, the removal proceeding was stopped and the client’s Permanent Resident status was reinstated. The client is now able to remain in the United States with his two children.

Bradley has successfully defended clients charged with criminal offenses in Federal and State Court charged with Felonies and Misdemeanors including charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Domestic Battery, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Possession with intent to Deliver, Aggravated Battery, Robbery, DUI, traffic, among other offenses.

Bradley also successfully assisted a client who came to Bradley when his Asylum case was being denied after having been in this country for 25 years. Bradley identified another avenue for the client to remain in the United States, filed for NICARA relief, obtained Permanent Resident status for his client, and his client has been allowed to remain in the United States with his family.
At the Mevorah Law Offices, Bradley focuses on litigation, bringing his criminal and civil trial experience in DuPage, Cook, Will and Champaign Counties. He is a rising star, asked to manage this twelve-attorney law firm because of his courtroom and management experience as well as his client-centered approach to his practice.

Bradley is a born litigator and is a “go-getter,” having tried several jury trials before even graduating law school. He enhanced his trial ability as a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney for seven years and as an associate with the Mevorah Law Offices.

In the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office Bradley handled criminal appeals including arguing several cases before the First District Court of Appeals, serving in the Felony Trial Division, and serving in a specialized unit handling sex offenses committed by offenders in a position of authority such as priests or police officers and cases where the offender sexually assaulted more than one victim.

Bradley underwent negotiation training at the FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia, and interned with the U.S. Army JAG Corps where he assisted in the defense of a Sergeant being Court Martialed. He has also been trained in computer and internet crimes, specifically in search and recovery and forensic investigations at the Regional Computer Forensic Laboratory (RCFL) in Chicago. Bradley has also received training at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children related to online crimes against children.

Brad’s commitment and attention to his clients comes from his advocacy work for the Office of Women’s Programs at the University of Illinois as a Campus Acquaintance Rape Educator and Instructor. His ability to connect with clients and address their needs earned him Client Counseling Champion at the University of Illinois College of Law.

Brad has also dedicated his time to the free legal clinic at the University of Illinois-College of Law where he handled divorces for women victimized by domestic violence and obtained social security/disability benefits for a severely disabled person. Bradley prepares each of his cases for trial and is ready to go to trial to fully represent his client’s interests.

'First of all, I would like to thank God for all the things he’s done for me in the past. Secondly, I thank Attorney Steven H. Mevorah for helping me dissolve the case of my divorce. It was hard on my part, though my ex-husband gave me such a hard time to finalize the whole thing. And third, I would like to thank you, Brad, for the things you did for my husband; that he came here to the USA, because of your help & support. I wish [to thank] all the staff at Steven H. Mevorah & Associates for the excellent job they do for us and others. More power and God bless you all always. It was my pleasure and honor to recommend your company, as well as, to any of my friends, family and coworkers…this is the best law office I’ve ever had that is fantastic and lovely…I mean it. I will never forget all the hard work you did for us. Again a million thanks.'

'I would like to thank Mr. Bradley C. Giglio and the staff for helping me get my residency. He did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone that needs the same help. Thank you.'
- J. C.

'Mr. Giglio was the first Attorney I ever had to retain. I left comfortable and cared for. I hope I never need to retain legal service again. But, if I do, I will return to Steven H. Mevorah & Associates.'
- J. H.

'I would highly recommend Steven H. Mevorah & Associates to anyone who needs legal assistance. My wife and I recently received help with our immigration case and they made us feel like our case was as important to them, as it was to us. We felt very confident knowing we had their representation. They really helped us out and now we focus on raising our daughter and being a family.'
- R. B.

We had contacted a different Lawyer and had growing concern of the possible outcome of the case. With two days notice, Bradley Giglio took time late in his day to meet with us. 'Steven H. Mevorah & Associates and Bradley C. Giglio did a perfectly amazing job in representing my son. He was very professional, personable and caring. The knowledge he brought to the courtroom was great; and has helped in the finalization of my son’s case.'
- J. H.

'I would like to thank you for handling my recent problem. Not being a person who frequents incidents with the authorities I felt it would be in my best interest to seek your assistance in the matter. I felt a whole lot better knowing I had representation. Not knowing what might develop in such matters can be nerve wracking and I especially didn’t know where this was all going. You certainly made me more comfortable with it. […] The system is what it is and now I am better informed as to how to handle such matters in the future. I have passed both your name and the firm’s name on to friends already, and should I ever need your services again, your number is always with me. Thank you again for all you’ve done for me, and thank your aide, Jackie, for her patience with me.'
- P. P.

'My sincere thanks go out to Steven H. Mevorah & Associates. Attorney Brad Giglio […] provided much needed comfort in addition to sound legal advice. A very professional law firm, indeed.'
- A. R.

'When I first found the Law Firm of Steven H. Mevorah and Associates in the phonebook I was not to sure of it, but there was the phone number so I called and made the appointment, which they gave me that day. […] Mr. Bradley C. Giglio is the person [I met with] and he asked what the problem was and what could he do for me. I told him [and] he took my case. He explained what [he would do] and I was more than pleased with what he said. From then on, I knew my case was going to be just fine. […] so if you need an honest firm, Steven H. Mevorah and Associates is the one."
- E. W.

'My divorce itself was handled in Virginia, but during my very messy post-divorce proceedings in Illinois, my attorney Brad Giglio was a rock star! He wisely walked me through various minefields, stayed cool, and helped me to keep my cool. I came out way ahead of where I thought I would on financial support, and my ex and I now even have a cordial relationship. Also so important, Brad was very responsible when it came to billing. And I've had enough experience with attorneys to know what that does, and doesn't look like. I definitely got my money's worth with Brad Giglio.'
