Mr. Berg has successfully defended a client accused of embezzling over $300,000. It was Greg’s careful and meticulous examination of hundreds of exhibits and potential witnesses that led to his success. After a trial, the Court entered an order against the Plaintiff and in favor of Mr. Berg’s client on all counts.

Mr. Berg zealously fights for his clients going through Bankruptcy and is very successful in helping them keep their homes and cars. Greg has a strong knowledge of Bankruptcy Law and stays current with changes in the law.

Gregory's success in both Civil and Bankruptcy litigation is not surprising given his mathematical and analytical background. He has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Michigan State University as well as a Certificate of Advanced Study in Intellectual Property and Technology Law along with his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
